Terms of sale

What applies to every order placed with Horizon Zen LLC (Zen Horizon): prices, payment, timelines, ownership.

Last updated October 31, 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern sales by Horizon Zen LLC, a Wyoming company doing business as Zen Horizon, to business customers: the Horizon Platform plan (subscription) and fixed-price packages.

Sales are to businesses only: every order carries the company name and its tax ID. Companies based in France or the European Union order from Digital Zen, our company in France (digital-zen.fr).

2. Orders

Orders are placed online or through a signed proposal. An order is binding once it is paid in full or the deposit is paid.

3. Prices

Prices are stated and billed in U.S. dollars (USD).

No sales tax is collected today. If a state requires it once its thresholds are reached, it is added as a separate line. Prices are net: any tax withheld under the law of the customer’s country is borne by the customer, on top of the price.

4. Payment

Packages: paid in full at order, or 40% at order and 60% on delivery, at the customer’s choice.

Horizon Platform plan: first month free, then billed monthly. Promo codes: one per order, applied before tax, with no effect on the monthly price of the plan.

5. Horizon Platform plan

12-month commitment after the free month, then month to month, cancelable with one month’s notice. The first month can be canceled at no cost.

6. Delivery

Stated timelines are estimates and depend on the customer providing content. Two rounds of revisions are included.

7. Ownership

The delivered site and its content belong to the customer once paid in full. The domain name is registered in the customer’s name.

8. Late payment

Late payments bear interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, have jurisdiction.
