- Where are the site and the CRM hosted?
- With a named hosting provider in a named region, both written into the proposal and our legal notice, with restricted access and backups.
- Where it’s writtenProposal, legal notice, contract
- You’re not in the U.S. Who’s accountable?
- A named project lead, a signed statement of work, and a weekly call during your business day. Questions get answered the same day.
- Where it’s writtenStatement of work
- Which state privacy laws apply to our site?
- That depends on where your customers live and how much personal data you handle. We build consent, opt-out, and data-request flows to the strictest state you sell into, and your counsel signs off. We don’t give legal advice.
- Where it’s writtenPrivacy policy, data processing terms
- Will it work with our ERP and our EDI?
- Most mid-market ERPs offer an API or a scheduled file export. We review yours during discovery and price the connector as its own line before the build starts. EDI stays in your systems; we feed them clean orders.
- Where it’s writtenProposal: the order flow is described there
- How do you handle accessibility?
- We design and build to WCAG 2.1 AA and test with keyboard and screen readers before launch; the results go into the acceptance report.
- Where it’s writtenAcceptance report, at launch
- Who owns the site and the code?
- You do. Domain in your name from day one, exportable code and data, documentation delivered.
- Where it’s writtenContract
- What if we stop working together?
- We hand over the code, the content, and a full CRM export, with documentation. The exit procedure is written in the contract, not negotiated on the way out.
- Where it’s writtenContract, exit clause
- Do you have a SOC 2 report?
- No. Horizon doesn’t hold its own SOC 2 report. We name our hosting provider and its certifications in the proposal, and we answer your security questionnaire line by line, including the answers that are no.
