Who we are

Two people at the center of every project, and partners chosen for the need at hand.

Samuel Pierrisnard

Founder. Strategy and business development.

Trained in international business at EM Strasbourg and at Pace University in New York. At Bruker BioSpin, Samuel rolled out an international CRM with 200,000 contacts; at Meosis, he learned SEO from the inside; at IONOS, he advised the hosting company’s customers. In 2025 he launched the first international stores, Alpha Cat in Brazil, then 3xFiltré and Shop la Pièce in Europe, and founded Horizon in 2026. He oversees every project and answers during your business day.

Sylvain Dieterle

Development and SEO.

A developer and SEO specialist, Sylvain has published three apps on the App Store. He builds the projects that need advanced development, from CRM integrations to custom stores, including the Shop la Pièce catalog.

A network of partners

Design, development, SEO, and security: we work with specialists, including the ACAS agency in Metz and Luxembourg for large-scale projects. You keep a single point of contact.

Your hours and ours

The whole business day with New York, Montevideo, and Fortaleza, and four to five shared hours a day with Paris depending on the season. The sun paths follow each city’s real time.

Our commitments

Four working rules, written into every contract.

  • A written price before the first milestone

Scope, fixed price, and timeline are approved before work starts. Anything that changes along the way is priced in writing before it is done.

  • A named project lead

The same person follows your project from discovery to ongoing support, and answers during your business day.

  • Support after launch

Team training, documentation, and updates: we stay with you once your tools are in use.

  • Sites measured before launch

Speed, accessibility, and search are checked and recorded before every release. You get the report.
